Bench-rest shooters: “You’re gonna love this box.”

Boxes

When you buy casings from Peterson Cartridge’s website you’ll receive them in a box like these.

Each casing sets in its own individual compartment.

The snap lock latch is a benefit.

Recently one of our employees was at the range and other shooters began to gather around his bench. Of course he presumed it was because of his prowess as a marksman. But instead of asking for his autograph or his expert advice, they asked him, “Where did you get that box?!” referring to the plastic box that Peterson Cartridge had made to send casings to their retail customers.

He explained that everyone who buys casings from Peterson Cartridge’s website receives them in a box like this. He then went on to tell them about how good the Peterson brass was for accurate, long-distance shooting. They listened politely, then responded with, “Yah, but how can I get cartridge boxes like that.”

Apparently what they liked was the fact that each casing sets in its own separate compartment. So during transportation they are protected from banging together. They liked the fact that the lid is hinged to the base, so the lid can’t blow away on a windy day. Because it is made of heavy-duty plastic it stands up to weather better than the cardboard boxes. In addition, when Peterson Cartridge sends you your casings they are packaged with a piece of foam on top to hold them securely in place. But the box height is such that without the foam the box comfortably holds your loaded whole rounds. As a bonus, Peterson’s includes slip for you to record your load data and results on.

Because of a lot of feedback like this, when you buy casings from Peterson Cartridge, we know you’re gonna love the box they come in. As an aside, we are equally confident you are going to like the brass that comes in it.

In addition to providing good boxes, Peterson Cartridge is dedicated to producing the best casings for long-distance shooters.

Match-grade casings made by Peterson Cartridge include: .408 (10.36 X 77), .375 (9.5 X 77), .338 Lapua Magnum, 6.5 Creedmoor, .260 Remington, .308 Winchester, and .308 Palma.
